We had been planning to do a restatement of our trust during the summer months, when, at the start of the year, one of us learned we needed to go in for surgery. This seemed to leave us with no choice but to do a quick amendment and postpone the full restatement until later. This patchwork approach would have meant a duplication of effort and a significant waste of time in the long run. In order to avoid this, our financial advisor approached Ms. Natan and her team at SSS Legal and Consultancy Services, presented our situation to her, and asked if she could help. Ms. Natan rose to the challenge beautifully, completing a full restatement and finishing the job a week before the scheduled surgery date. And she did all this without in any way compromising quality. In fact, she was able significantly to untangle and simplify the rather complex internal logic of the earlier trust and make the new one a much more accurate reflection of our current outlook and needs.
