I had a follow-up consultation with Mr. Safransky regarding legal matters (successfully) resolved a year ago. He was straight forward and personable providing me with all the information (and then some) to understand my situation, and deal with the new circumstances appropriately. I have a high level of confidence that Mr. Safranski will be in my corner with the best advice and services should the need arise. We first met Mr. Cliff Safranski, Esq., the hard way! After a member of our family was charged with a violent auto accident with serious injuries to multiple persons, and DUI in El Dorado County, we contacted a seemingly well known DUI/ACCIDENT attorney who seemed very competent and personable. Unfortunately, we did not know that an attorney in training would be handling the case, and attending court pretrial conferences in El Dorado County. This went on about one year without any apparent plea bargaining, or a complete investigation. We consulted with a couple of Sacramento's top tier defense attorneys by way of referral from a friend. One of the attorneys could not take our case, but RECOMMENDED CLIFF SAFRANSKI, Esq., He stated that Mr. Safranski is a well known, successful, and highly respected defense lawyer among the El Dorado County court, District Attorney. and defense community. Mr. Safranski accepted our case and started at the beginning with a fair fee + expenses; conducting a very thorough investigation and analysis of all charges. We were well informed during each step of the legal process. He attended many conferences while doing intense study of the charges and applicable laws. The County D.A. was demanding a minimum of three years in State prison to avoid trial with a potential 12 year prison sentence . Mr. Safranski was successful at having the DUI charges dismissed, and mitigating the overall (felony) charges. At a pretrial conference his arguments helped the judge reduce the mandatory State prison recommendation to 9 months in the County Jail, several years probation, and likely expungement of the record thereafter. We found Mr. Safranski, Esq., very personable, competent, and professional. We are confident he has litigated this case with intense scrutiny utilizing all defenses available by law including his own legal interpretation of one statute favorable to his client not addressed,, or known by the court judge or District Attorney's office.
