My wife and I met with Daniel L. Casas to review a written offer on our house in March 2015. We spent a pleasant 45 minutes reviewing the offer and discussing different options. Daniel had a couple of suggestions for us to change on the contract from the bidder. The chief change was a new definition of "as is"- as in the state of our house to be purchased. He sent the change several days, after my prompting, and answered a follow up email question. He rightly charged me for his time, 45 minutes with us He subsequently charged us two hours billing time for the rewrite of the definition " as is" and the follow up email. His total bill was $1, 141.25.
