Last year I had some people visiting and then refused to leave my home.Tried putting there belongings outside and lock them out and they called the police on me.Police said I had to let them back in and told me I had to have them evicted legally I called so many attorneys and all gave me the run around or wanted money just to talk with them And then I called Skarbet Law firm late Friday night and left a message, Got a email in the morning saying someone would call me on Monday. Someone called me 9:00am Monday morning and put my case in motion took care of all the paper work and all legal stuff. I finally got the squatters out of my house. Thank you Skarbet

Thanks to God that I found Mr. Skarbek. I initially found him on yelp. I was hesitant at first, but I took my chances and boy was I glad! He is such a great lawyer. Very professional. He dedicated a lot of time to us. You can tell he works with all his heart. Plus he has a good sense of humor. One thing I really like about Mr. Skarbek is that he is willing to spend time to talk with you and explain the case without charging you more. He also works late and replies very quickly to emails. My case was a commercial eviction with a complicated tenant who hadn't paid for 5 months and made up plenty of excuses to get away with it. Brian handled it easily and got the tenant to pay us everything. My family was very impressed and we like Mr. Skarbek very much. If you need an eviction done, Brian is the one! Brian Skarbek is not only a great lawyer, but a very kindhearted person. Brian is a 1st rate crook. He will bend the scale of ethics. He only cares about results and not his clients. He will deliberately withhold mail or information for financial gain only. Be very careful if your represented by him or going up against him in court.
