Testimonial: U Visa I entered the United States illegally at the age of 17 years old in 1988 and have resided in San Diego County ever since. In 2001 I was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement and subject to deportation proceedings. 13 years residing in the U.S. and a bond amount allowed me to leave the custody of the immigration and Customs Enforcement and be able to fight my case out of their custody.
