I left my husband with little to nothing, except all of our debt. I was so scared, ashamed, and embarrassed to even think about bankruptcy! I found Jeff and he talked me though the process and answered every question. He helped me weigh the options and ultimately, I decided bankruptcy was the best option for me to start my new chapter. He was very informative and quick to respond during the process. Most importantly, he genuinely cares! He was kind, patient, empathetic and understanding through it all! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs his services!

Jeff was extremely helpful and efficient from start to finish with this process. I never saw myself having to face bankruptcy in my lifetime, but thanks to the pandemic and having to subsequently close two businesses, it became my best option. I had virtually no knowledge of the process and thought my credit would be destroyed for years after. Jeff explained how it would work, what debts I would have discharged and what I would still owe, and how soon after I would be able to do things like buy a house and establish my credit - which was not nearly as bad as I had assumed. His prices seemed reasonable and straightforward, although I personally did not shop around as I felt comfortable going with him after reading reviews. I highly recommend Jeff, even if your initial call is like mine - just to get some information and see if bankruptcy is the best option for you. As scary as it may seem initially, bankruptcy is not the end of the world. For me, it has given me hope and a new start.

Best bankruptcy attorney EVER! I had a very complicated case and Jeff was the right person to handle it. He doesn't care about getting your money and making false promises like some other attorneys do! He tells you his professional opinion from the very beginning and explains the whole process in the most simplest way so you will know what will happen, when and why! He knows very well the painful and complicated process of bankruptcy more than any other attorney you will talk with! Do NOT file bankruptcy before you talk to him! Have been meaning to write this review for a few months....sorry, Jeff! Anyway...back in November, I logged into my bank account and saw that ALL my savings were gone. I assumed this was an error and called the bank. The lovely rep told me this was not in fact an error, but a $28k judgment was entered and subsequent lien had been placed on me, seizing all available funds in my account. I was literally penniless. A little research and decided bankruptcy was the most prudent option to protect me from them coming after the remainder of the $28K. A little more research and came across Jeff Larkin at Larkin Law Firm. We texted and spoke over the course of a couple weeks and finally made an appointment for a consult. Filing for bankruptcy was never something that I thought I'd need to do in my life. I've always been known for being sensible, responsible, and hard-working (all of the things society tells you that people who file for bankruptcy are NOT). So I had to swallow a fair amount of pride when life happened and I got in over my head in debt. Making the decision to meet with Nik and Kristin was a tough one, as I'd always viewed bankruptcy as something that other people did who had spending problems or were looking for the easy way out. Perfectionist overachiever that I've been my entire life, I prided myself on having excellent credit and never asking for help, no matter what crisis life threw at me and how much I started to drown in debt.
