We had a very difficult bankruptcy with a lot of moving parts. With Diane's experience and knowledge she successfully guided us though our Chapter 11 bankruptcy with a very good out come. We had several creditors who were trying to take our business and Diane was able you create a good payment plan that satisfied everyone. With her quite demeanor and patience she kept everyone calm. The goal was to pay the creditors and she got everyone to agree that it was better to be paid than get nothing. I can not thank Diane enough for her help and guidance though a difficult time in our lives. I will always be grateful for her help.

Diane Gibson proved herself to be a fantastic attorney in dealing with my business related Chapter 7 filing and a complex subsequent Adversary Case. She was thorough in her research, very knowledgeable, she was always well-prepared and this became very clear in the court hearings where her performance truly stood out compared to the plaintiffs attorneys. All documents she wrote were clear and concise including but not limited to the formal answers to the Complaints, the Discovery documents, all her communications with the plaintiff's attorneys, and she prepared an extremely well written Motion for Summary Judgement. Diane handled a complicated Chapter 7 Bankruptcy for me in 2013 with multiple businesses and properties.
