After being served with documents stating that I was being sued for a large amount of money due to a traffic incident that I was involved in two years ago, and after being unable to reach the insurer that I had at the time, I was relieved after speaking to Mr. Hernandez. He instructed me to continue to attempt to contact my former insurer and that they, the insurance company, would provide an attorney to defend and represent me. I have never been sued and was quite concerned with the documents that I received. I was impressed by the fact that Mr. Hernandez promptly returned my call and spent several minutes advising me and essentially calming my concerns over the situation. Fortunately I didn't require their services at this time, but should I ever be in the unfortunate position of requiring an attorney, they will certainly be the law firm I call. I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle on December 14th, 2020. I contacted HHJ to help me with the case for the accident. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. At first the car owners insurance was saying I was at fault and I couldn’t even get my medical bills covered. But HHJ was able to negotiate a settlement for the accident. They also negotiated a smaller amount to pay for my medical bills from the settlement I received. If I had any questions they responded with answers right away and walked me through the process. If you have been in an accident I highly recommend HHJ.

If you are in a car accident in North County, make sure and contact HHJ. They have several years of trial experience which means insurance companies take them seriously when they decided they want to take your case to trial. That's going to make a huge difference in your case.

Very satisfied with the work Adam Hepburn performed on my case. I had gotten into an automobile accident, despite being the other person's fault they also did not have any type of car insurance. With low hopes Adam was able to file a claim through my insurance and obtain some money to mitigate damages done to my vehicle.
