Elliott will be the best trial attorney for personal injury case that you will ever get. Passionate and obsessive about his work. But that's what great Lawyers do. They may not be the best people, they may not be the most honest, and no matter how much they make it sound to their client and friends, they really just care about themselves. But, those are the lawyers you want right?

Elliott is one of those attorneys that is so good at his craft, he becomes an actor. Acting in everything it becomes true to him. His heart is not pure but that is essentially what makes him obsessive at his craft and good at what he does in deposition and trial. He’s the best actor in San Diego.

From the beginning Elliott explained everything very clearly and got back to me quickly when I had questions or concerns. I received calls periodically from his office to make sure I was up to date on the process and also to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Elliott and his team.
