I have had 8 speeding tickets in the past few years all dismissed by Elizabeth’s office, including a misdemeanor 140mph in 65mph on a motorcycle. (Update: make that 9 today 02-26-2023) if you plan on using them, expect to receive an email like the ones in the pictures attached.

Had a stop sign ticket and they got my ticket dismissed! Super easy process - Once you send over all the needed information and payment they will take over and all you have to do is wait to hear back.

I hate to admit this but I have used Elizabeth many many times over the years and I can say she is about 6 for 1! She has been in North County servicing our community for many years. 6 or 7 for 1?? Those are pretty damn great numbers. She is super reasonable. All you do is send her over a copy of your ticket and notice once you receive the letter and you are done. She literally handles everything else. Her team stays in contact with you, lets you know if she has pushed the court date and when she will be going to court on your behalf. Once it is all settled, they email you what happened. Most of the time, I can say, she has gotten them dropped!!! One time only, it was not, and then you pay the court fee at that time. I have referred many, many people to her with great results too. I tell you, NEVER AGAIN do you have to do this YOURSELF. Just call her and it is done for you..

I received a speeding ticket for going twenty over, so I contacted San Diego Traffic Tickets, and they made me aware that it was going to take some time to resolve the issue due to the courts being so backed up. Which is understandable due to the times that we live in. They were able to get the citation dismissed and being that was my first speeding ticket that I have ever received in my 30 years of driving and a commercial drive this dismissal made me extremely happy. Thank you all very much!

Elizabeth and her team were great. I have used them several times. Always professional and quick to respond. They recently got a 600 dollar ticket (cameral at the intersection) for running a red light dismissed completely. I did not have to do a thing except scan my ticket and email it to her and send 100 dollars. No traffic school, noting on my driving record and no hassles. I love this office and happy to write this recommendation. Elizabeth is a very nice and personable lawyer as well.
