I have leveraged Elizabeth Aronson on more than one occasion and have referred her law firm to several of my colleagues and family members who were in need of traffic violation representation. I am pleased to report that she has managed to successfully overturn nearly every violation I’ve personally received throughout the years. Her law office has saved me thousands of dollars in what could have been steep fines, penalties and serious premium increases. The sole complaint or item I wish to share with others is the fact that her staff does not answer the office line when you call. I believe communication, (as it relates to my experiences) has been extremely limited. Just last month I reached out to the main office line and left TWO separate messages, hoping to retain her services and unfortunately I never received a call back or response. It is important to note that the majority of these firms typically instruct you to forward your documentation and we should not expect face-to-face meetings or strong communication. Despite the fact that Elizabeth’s office overlooked returning my last two calls, I will continue to confidently refer and recommend her services. Ms. Aronson did a wonderful job representing me throughout the years and continues to successfully represent every individual I’ve referred her along the way.
