When I was served with fraudulent divorce papers and learned that my ex husband was trying to obtain full physical and legal custody of our young daughter, despite our verbal agreement of shared custody, I knew 2 things: 1) I was desperate to keep custody of my little girl and 2) Because my ex was going to “play dirty”, I needed the best lawyer, hands down. Burke and Domercq was recommended to me, and by my first meeting, I knew my case and I were in good hands. My divorce was long, due to continued fraudulent filings from the opposing side, and every step along the way, Pierre was able to bring justice. Pierre represented me with success in each and every aspect of my case. Pierre worked unfailingly on my behalf, advocated for me in and out of the courtroom, secured financial judgements in my favor, fought tirelessly for my daughter and her rights, guided me through the often confusing and always disheartening process of seemingly endless paperwork, and worked successfully to reach a winning resolution in my case. When I came to Pierre and his associates, it was through a referral from my original council. My divorce had become needlessly overcomplicated, because my voice was still not being heard.
