I was referred to Elizabeth and i would 100% come back to her and refer her any day. I got a ticket for texting and driving, sent her an email, she responded right away, sent her everything she asked for and paid my Retainer Fee and she took care of everything, not once did i have to show up to court , next thing you know i was getting an email from her that my case was dismissed. She knows what shes doing and gets the job done. Thank you Elizabeth.

I've repeatedly relied on Elizabeth's office to help me with traffic citations, both for myself as well as my kids. Well, we've had four citations over eight years so could be worse! One speeding, a couple of red light cameras for a late left turn, and a rolling stop sign. I've found Elizabeth and team to be professional, responsive, informative, cost-effective and above all, exceedingly reliable! In every representation, Elizabeth and her team told me what to expect, was very fair with the price for her services, and with every decision from the court she told us what decision was reached and why. Plus, no need to travel to court and deal with the bureaucracy and the waiting. I may have been luckier than most, but we had three citations dismissed and one where I had to attend traffic school. If you're looking for an attorney to represent you for traffic citations, I couldn't recommend anyone more than Elizabeth. I have leveraged Elizabeth Aronson on more than one occasion and have referred her law firm to several of my colleagues and family members who were in need of traffic violation representation. I am pleased to report that she has managed to successfully overturn nearly every violation I’ve personally received throughout the years. Her law office has saved me thousands of dollars in what could have been steep fines, penalties and serious premium increases. The sole complaint or item I wish to share with others is the fact that her staff does not answer the office line when you call. I believe communication, (as it relates to my experiences) has been extremely limited. Just last month I reached out to the main office line and left TWO separate messages, hoping to retain her services and unfortunately I never received a call back or response. It is important to note that the majority of these firms typically instruct you to forward your documentation and we should not expect face-to-face meetings or strong communication. Despite the fact that Elizabeth’s office overlooked returning my last two calls, I will continue to confidently refer and recommend her services. Ms. Aronson did a wonderful job representing me throughout the years and continues to successfully represent every individual I’ve referred her along the way.

While visiting Carlsbad for work I got a ticket. I used Elizabeth to represent me after I went back to my state. I interviewed three lawyers and by far Nicole was clearly the best. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable as I was confident in her abilities. At our first meeting I told her that my goal was to save my marriage and she helped me accomplish that goal. She is an excellent negotiator who knows the law and she is also a very sincere person. There were two parts to my case and she did not waste my money and time on one of the parts as it was clearly a battle not worth fighting.
