As a local General Contractor in Encinitas I can highly recommend Bagla Law Firm. Kelly Bagla has been a great asset in getting our company up to California's strict compliance requirements, including writing up contracts and work agreements which we use with clients, vendors and subcontractors. They also produced our Employee handbooks and various other documents. Kelly is very helpful, easy to talk to and proactive in her approach to helping her clients.

It's difficult to put into words exactly how grateful I was to have Samin in my corner during the custody and divorce determinations in my case. Samin is so smart, and sharp in the courtroom. She also has a fantastic ability to negotiate and gets results when this skillset is required. There were so many occassions when I had questions about what the likely outcome might be, what legal rights I could really take a stand on, and how the local judge or opposing attorney was like with certain issues. Samin gave me expert guidance on all of my questions, but was also upfront about things in a way that didn't create false hope or end in me spending a lot of time and money pursuing a lost cause. She was responsive when there were issues outside of the courtroom and, on many occassions, gave me the advice I needed to confidently address these issues. There was always someone there to help me, even when she was on maternity leave at one point. Her associates and paralegals were so sharp. She made sure I always knew who to contact if I needed help, though she was almost always available and attentive herself. So professional. My kids are now safe because of Samin. She was able to quickly take steps to ensure that. I'm a father with almost 90 percent custody right now because of Samin. I started out with less than half. It was certainly a process, but I'm 100 percent sure that my kids and I would not be in the position we are in today without Samin's office and the expert guidance I recieved from it.

Ok. I’m nothing short amazed from the performance of Samin and her wonderful team. Samin came HIGHLY recommended from my longtime good friend. Oh by the way...that friend is also sitting at home with his children at pretty much 99% custody. YES!! Go Samin! She PICKED ME UP and wiped the dust off for me (figuratively) from the lowest and most depressing time of my life which was with no custody and in fact much more restrictive custody than most I’ve ever encountered. I basically had supervised visits with my babies. The cards were completely stacked against me with regards to my custody situation. I did my research as to what my odds in winning any custody back were and I was not looking good at all and in fact, to me, seemed to be an almost impossible uphill battle. Regardless of the many facts in my favorand Samin got me everything I wanted and especially my kids needed. I’m simply at a loss of words for how AMAZING this team really is and how comfortable they made me in a most anxious time in my life. I wouldn’t even ponder or think of looking elsewhere for representation.

My parents hired Samin for a 25 year old Alimony Only support matter. Eight(8) months and nearly $30K later, they have come to the sad reality this firm lacks the expertise, empathy, and urgency needed. If you require any of these go elsewhere! The web site and key words may land you here, but do your homework and find another firm who has your interest at heart. Contrary Ms. Beringer's statements, my parents were NEVER verbally abusive. Rather they simply asked via EMAIL repeatedly that the material information they paid for be provided after 6+ months. To their dismay, they realized even a simple subpoena was not properly handled. Ms. Beringer was NOT engaged and not helpful. She let her EGO get in the way of helping her clients who were paying her a lot to do a job that was simply not done!

Divorce sucks. It just does. We all know this and the process of legal representation is not an easy one to choose. Why do I know this? Because, I spoke to 12 different Attorney's as I went through the process of choosing the right Attorney to deal with my difficult Divorce. Luckily, Samin Beringer was recommended to me and it was clear after 15 minutes of speaking with her she not only understood what needed to be done but also how to deal with the circumstances of difficult situations. Basically, she made the situation as smooth as possible. She's a pro with a deft touch of understanding the nuances of your side and that of the other party. However, she's relentless in protecting you. She communicates great (an anomaly in this field) and is willing to do what she has to do to get the end result. Yeah, she's great and I hope I never have to speak to her again - for obvious reasons. Hire her.

I hired Samin Beringer after I was sued by my ex in-laws for Grandparent visitation of my 2 children even though they had never been denied visitation. After I read the absolute lies they stated about me and the tactics they were using to attempt to sway the court, I decided I needed an attorney to protect my children. I found Samin to be compassionate and caring and very, very smart. She is unflappable and determined and made sure to prepare me and my family for what to expect. She guided me through our options - we elected to go to an evidentiary hearing - and she was up against a ruthless and non-ethical attorney (was a perfect match for her clients). We won our case with absolute victory and I thank God every day that as I was perusing possible attorneys somehow I saw her in the listing and felt like she would be the one. I hope I never need her services again, but if I ever have another issue she'll be the one I call!

Samin Beringer is a caring, competent, and very qualified lawyer. She handled my divorce cases and always fought to make sure I received the best outcome. If I had not been represented by a qualified attorney I would definitely have made the wrong decisions for my case. She kept me apprised during each step and one aspect of dealing with her that I definitely liked was that I was able to contact her by email to which she always responded. In contrast, my husband's attorney was very hard to contact. I found her to be a very sincere person who cares about her clients. I believe she is very hard worker. I would highly recommend Samin to anyone looking for a qualified attorney to handle their divorce.

All my research on child custody issues suggested that not much can be done after the mediator makes recommendations to the court. Some of the most critical issues in my case were left unanswered by the mediator. I had Samin represent me in this child custody trial. I admit some of her initial arguments in court set me back, but she was excellent the rest of the way. I was stunned the way she cross-examined my ex-wife and exposed her in front of the judge . The manner and order in which she presented the facts to the judge made a huge difference. Her closing arguments was the final blow. Finally, the judge had no problem ruling in my favor. My son and I owe our happiness to her. If you want a trust-worthy, knowledgeable and aggressive attorney, don't look elsewhere. Just hire Samin.
