Her expertise on s-corporations and LLCs helped me form the right entity. I was blown away by how kind, generous, and experienced she is. Her network is huge, she was able to connect me with bankers in my business field and even possible clients. I also read her two books that she published and they were a huge help clarifying so many of my questions. Overall I’m so happy I went with an attorney (especially Kelly) to help me start up my business. 10/10 recommend her for start ups and definitely for well established businesses that might need an overlook on their corporations.
