Positively exceptional from start to finish. Highlights include swift and comprehensive information sharing, and very adaptable to a court location change initiated by police. The BEST PART is a WIN FOR A LOW PRICE!!! This is the BEST DEAL IN TOWN. $80 to beat my ticket was a deal as my last ticket led to insurance costs of over $500/year for three full years! To Amit S. I had a violation for not stopping at a red light before turning which is a very expensive ticket in California. I decided to hire SDTT because of their high reviews and because I honestly just wanted to have someone handle it for me and not have to stress about it. Their prices are very reasonable, I was able to briefly chat with an attorney who explained the process and what I needed to do. Correspondence via email was very quick, organized and hassle free. I paid the retainer fee, sent them various documents and signatures and a few months later, after going to trial, my case was DISMISSED! I would refer SDTT to anyone I know because of their professionalism, execution and promptness.

Absolute rip off! Stay away! They will burn through your money with tons of emails and phone calls so as to rack up their hourly billings. They accomplished nothing during my time having them "represent" me. I wouldn't recommend using them at all!!!

Let me start off, that Trysten Shimer, has the tactics of a “car salesman”. He called me up after I filled out their online contact section and presented a case of how Reel Fathers Rights would look out in my best interest to get me more custody of my daughter. From September 2023 to February 2024, they switched me lawyers on my case 3 times. Every time I called, I was placed on hold ( to charge me the minimum) only to have the receptionist come back on the phone and tell me they would call me back and get charged again. Then I had to hear how they were still going over my case because the team that was going over it was given to another set of paralegals. I had poor communication which i’m still unclear as to why the Orange County office contacted me and they were working my case from there . Why didn’t one of the San Diego offices contact me? $4700 later got me having their office write up a bunch of RFO’s and filing with no actual physical representation. Trysten and Dawn were really quick to contact to get surveys regarding the service I was given. When I even voiced my concerns about the lack of communication they said they would relay the information to the team and no one got back to me. They were quick to call me though to get more money to continue representing me. The moment I choose to represent myself, I reached out to Trysten and never got a call or an email back from him. Don’t waste your time using this firm, all the want is your money. I will be looking into filing a complaint with the state bar.

Holy Grail. They are Beast you need in your life to beat these Cops tryna meet their quotas out of you! I can not say good things enough about San Diego Traffic Tickets. Just leave it to them and they will take care of it for you. Well you'll get lots of referrals from me that's for sure.
