Needed a Living Trust. My case had a complication due to the nature of some of my investments. I have real estate investments in Delaware Statuatory Trusts; investing sale proceeds from an apartment building I owned in DSTs has tax advantages. Mr. Rassman explained requirements for transferring my investments into the Living Trust. Especially useful was Rassman's help thinking through distribution of assets to beneficiaries. Living Trust documents professionally prepared and timely completed. Rassman easy to establish a trusting, professional relationship with. He is a good listener; all questions thoughtfully answered. Without qualification, I reccomend Rassman to anyone needing a Living Trust Package (Living Trust, Will, Health Care Directive and Agent for Finances). Living Trusts may need some tinkering over time and I look forward to working with Owen in the future.

Unbelievable service! Needed to make modification to a trust, contacted Mr. Rassman. From day one, he was a good listener, friendly, courteous and very professional.
