Tom went above and beyond for me. He helped me through the most difficult time in my life. He is experienced and understanding! Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found an attorney that truly cares and will fight for you 100%.

I used Mr. Nares as I was going through a nasty divorce. He was extremely patient with me so that I felt comfortable with the entire process and answered all of my questions along the way. He helped me get to the best possible outcome quickly and efficiently. I hope I never have to use him again personally but would, if need be. I recommend him to all of my family and friends that are in this unfortunate situation. Highly recommended!

Tom handled the fall out after my ex & I decided to use a paralegal to handle our divorce. The paperwork that the paralegal provided was sloppy and could have cost me a fortune. Tom helped save me from paying alimony & made sure that my ex did not get more than he was entitled to. He remained calm & professional while I felt like my life was falling apart. I hired Mr. Nares for my divorce, family law and domestic violence cases, since my previous attorney Fred Weider failed to make me feel safe and secured. I loved the way Mr. Nares was very straightforward in explaining me how court works and what he could do for me. I did contact him with a lot of questions multiple times and he always got back to me within the same day or the same week. I have been very pleased to have me represent me in this difficult and frustrating situation more than anything for my 4 year old baby.

I hired Tom to represent me in a serious domestic violence case. He had me drive to his office five times to tell him the same exact story of the event. I gave him written declarations, a list of questions, my 911 recording, two police reports, requests to file an RFO of much-needed support, photos, texts, and videos. And what did Tom do with these things, which could have greatly helped my case? Absolutely nothing. I paid him a flat fee and he did the absolute minimal to get this case finished. He did not even question the defendant where I had proof of his lies. His closing statement was a mere one-minute long. I've had multiple attorneys read the transcripts and they were appalled with the horrible quality Tom did. Losing this case had huge negative consequences. My son has had to live with fear in his father's home and he still suffers with adjustment disorder. Tom's negligence in not filing an RFO for support, attorney fees, and dissolution had awful impacts on my life. To top it off, he not only failed to file my dissolution papers, he lost them and lost my check to file the paperwork. I highly recommend not hiring this incompetent attorney.

Be careful with Mr Thomas Nares is a shame because he's my own race, because if you want to be a homeless use him, he'll take your money away and he'll do not do nothing, its a shame because he's is hispanic like me I have heard allot bad comments about him.

Mr. Thomas Nares is an excellent family law lawyer in Carlsbad California. At first I was skeptical about hiring a lawyer for my family issues. I figured that I couldn't afford a lawyer and that it was probably best to deal with the problems within the family. Mr. Nares is patient, and understanding.
