My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Lauren Bates as our adoption attorney while we were going through the process of finalizing the adoption of our sons. Danielle helped us with our new wills, setting up a new trust, medical directives, and powers of attorney. She even set up a pet trust so that our cat would be taken care of if something happened to both of us. From our first meeting she was courteous and professional, listening to our concerns and answering our questions. Lauren Bates was our attorney when we adopted our son last December. The adoption happened over the holidays and Lauren was available to us every moment, with indispensable advice and counsel whenever we needed it. We were in such good hands. The adoption finalized in August. On our finalization date, in addition to representing us in court, Lauren made sure we took photos and knew just how to make the day special.
