I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that I found Carla Keehn. I was dealing with a very difficult situation regarding a trust that my father had left me. My stepmother was the trustee and I was having a difficult time getting a copy of the trust from her. I was scared, frustrated, and angry. I did not want to end up having to sue my stepmother, but I felt this may be the only course of action I had left. Carla was amazing. Not only did she provide sound legal advice, but she went above and beyond what was expected of her. She spent time getting to know me so she could better understand my concerns. She never made me feel rushed or unimportant, quite the contrary. Because of her, I was able to take a step back, reevaluate my options, and try to tackle this from a different angle. You will have a hard time finding a lawyer with more impressive credentials than Carla, but I guarantee you, it will be impossible to find a lawyer with such excellent credentials that has a genuine compassion and understanding for their clients. I cannot recommend Carla highly enough. If you choose to have Carla represent you, you will be making the best decision of your life.

I didn't realize hiring a lawyer could actually be an enjoyable experience. But everything about our experience with Brandon was great. He's really easy to talk to and spent a lot of time with us to explain all the topics and help guide us through the options. There were a lot of complex factors in our case, but he was really patient. We dealt with Brandon throughout the whole process, which was really comforting. About 5 years ago I had to unfortunately file for Bankruptcy, and I engaged a firm in Pasadena as my Bankruptcy Attorney. The process was underway, paperwork filled out and fees paid, but I had not heard a word from the attorney that was working with me at the time. So I called the office and an appointment was made to see another attorney, and that person was Brandon Zapf. I was extremely stressed with the situation, and it didn't help as Brandon was tasked with having to tell me that the original attorney had left my case, as well as others in limbo. His professionalism coupled with his calm personality, helped to get my nerves calmed down. He basically started over with me, listening to my questions and helping me through the entire process, completely into the filing of the Bankruptcy. Even after his involvement with my case was complete, he was always open to answering any questions I had and providing guidance. I truly appreciate you Brandon, and what you helped me with and for being an awesome person through it all!
