I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that I found Carla Keehn. I was dealing with a very difficult situation regarding a trust that my father had left me. My stepmother was the trustee and I was having a difficult time getting a copy of the trust from her. I was scared, frustrated, and angry. I did not want to end up having to sue my stepmother, but I felt this may be the only course of action I had left. Carla was amazing. Not only did she provide sound legal advice, but she went above and beyond what was expected of her. She spent time getting to know me so she could better understand my concerns. She never made me feel rushed or unimportant, quite the contrary. Because of her, I was able to take a step back, reevaluate my options, and try to tackle this from a different angle. You will have a hard time finding a lawyer with more impressive credentials than Carla, but I guarantee you, it will be impossible to find a lawyer with such excellent credentials that has a genuine compassion and understanding for their clients. After trying other attorneys--who mostly didn't read the details, charged a lot for a little, or treated me like an idiot--I was so thankful to have found Larry Hellmann.
