Words cannot express the gratitude I have towards Fred Fong ESQ. When I hired him was working for a very apathetic, unethical, low moral, retaliative employer. Had multiple work-related injuries, and this employer failed to accommodate me, pressured me to keep up with production, even though I had restrictions from a WC doctor. Denied me further medical treatment, this forcing me to go see my own personal doctors and now this employer claimed by law did not had to honor those restrictions because they were my personal doctors, not a worker’s comp doctor. Threatened me with prosecution of 5 years in prison for reporting and filing worker’s comp claims for my injuries, accused me of insurance fraud. Wrote me up for not being able to perform the job duties due to disability, denied me disability benefits, denied a change in position even though was studying for the position I was applying for. Shortly after this employer denied my injuries with the workers comp board, and ultimately fired me, accused me of insubordination because I refused to perform the job duties that were clearly specified by my treating physician not to do. Fred Fong ESQ helped me appeal the claims, always replied to emails in a timely manner and with all questions answered. His staff is extremely friendly and kind. Fred always made me feel my case was the most important thing. And ultimately WON my case. Would recommend the law offices of Fred Fong ESQ to anyone, you will NOT regret it! When it comes to dealing with employers that treat their employees like a replaceable worthless part, that when it breaks down goes to the trash. Employers that do not care at any level about the people that keep them in business, the Law Offices of Fred Fong ESQ are the right people for the job.

I do not have enough good things to say about Mr. Fong. This was my very first workers comp case ever. I never thought that I’d never have to go through something like this. I was injured on the job and then I was let go a few weeks later. I contacted Mr. Fong and he told me to come in to his office to discuss my case. He made me feel very calm and relaxed. Walked me through the whole process. explained everything in great detail, and even repeated what ever I missed. He fought very hard for me on this case. He was very realistic in the outcome. We kept in touch all throughout the process of my case. I would contact Mr. Fong and he would reply very promptly. Mr. Fong is very compassionate kind and caring. I’m not going to lie, even broke down in his office because I was overwhelmed about everything happening. Mr. Fong was able to comfort me and tell me everything was going to be alright. I’ve stayed in touch with Fred Fong more than ten years after he first successfully represented me in a worker's compensation case. A few years after that first case, I had worse health problems but didn’t think a lawyer could help, but he let me know that it was also a worker’s comp issue so he started another case and won that one for me, too. He recently helped me find a lawyer for another legal problem that arose because of my injuries even though it wasn’t a worker’s comp case.
