Bernie is the best attorney I've ever had. He has prevailed on every issue I've had with child support. He is most ethical and fair. He also has a great sense of humor.

Run away from this lawyer! Bernie and his team will give you the run around and get you nowhere just to take your hard earn money. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Still dealing with going to court on my case after paying 10k

Bernie fought to the very end of a complicated and lengthy move away case. Bernie is one of the few ethical lawyers I have worked with in the family court system. Bernie kept expectations realistic and laid out options that were in the best interest of the child. Above all, the custody order allows both parents to continue to be active in the child’s life and set healthy co-parenting boundaries. Debbie and Talia were organized and kept me informed with all the many moving parts of the case. They handled my case with care and all paperwork was completed timely. The team did their best to keep the cost down. The quality of work aligned with the cost. I hope to not have to return to family court but if I have to, I would be seeking Bernie’s services again.

I had Legal advice appointment through CLC regarding child support issue. Attorney Bernie replied my concerns right way and even set up the Zoom appointment for further questions. He was very punctual, supportive and helpful during session. He offered the help to reach out to him if I still have any further questions. I appreciate all his time and help.

It never felt like Bernie was actually representing my best interest. When I finally asked what he saw as his role, he stated it was to "curtail unrealistic expectations". His communication skills are also extremely poor. His lack of clarity regarding the divorce process and the services he was providing, and his poor communication also resulted in higher than necessary charges.
