Five years ago I suffered an accident that changed my entire life. I faced many physical challenges and emotional ones that I never thought I'd recover from. But throughout it all, I felt safe that I had before me an outstanding attorney with a relentless expert legal team that fought for my case, he worked long hours, after office hours, weekends, and holidays to defend my case, even if it meant spending time away from his own family to fight hard for mines. I am so grateful that I had a great man on my defense not only trying to fight for justice but also offering me his friendship and advice in times of need. Raymond, is more than an attorney fighting for his clients he is your friend, uncle, brother or father fighting for a family member, each client is personal each case is just as important and he will stop at nothing to get you what you deserve which is the very best. Time will not be sufficient to tell him and his team how grateful I am for everything he did for my family and I, as I am indebted to him for all that he is done for us, and nothing is scarier than facing turmoil and being helpless against insurance companies trying to cheat you out of justice, but Raymond never gave up and never stopped fighting for me, and for that I will thank him a life time. I got into an accident a few months ago and I had no idea what to do. They explained everything to be step-by-step and made it really easy to understand. My daughter was involved in a car accident and I was referred to this law firm by a family friend. Since my daughter was a minor at the time of the accident I handled everything for her. I was very impressed with this law firm from the beginning to the end. Very attentive and caring. Thankfully the accident was not significant and my daughter suffered mild injuries, but I never felt like they didn't take the case seriously. They constantly followed up with my daughter to make sure she was going to the doctor and to make sure she was improving. They also assisted me with getting my car repaired even though only my daughter was their client. The first offer from the insurance company was low, but they negotiated on our behalf and increased the settlement amount. An overall great experience in an unfortunate circumstance. Everyone at this office is kind and knowledgeable. My daughter was also very happy with the compensation she received.

This is a horrible law firm or Hector Ramirez was a horrible case worker. He did no coaching, we did the testimony, and at the end of it he turns to me and said well whoops you admitted fault. I should have know better because the entire time because he was finding excuses for not advocating for me. He would say “we aren’t really fighting for that.” “Well this doesn’t cover that” when loose of income etc way of living was caused by my accident. Jesus wouldn’t recommend this law firm ever !

Being in an accident is a really scary experience. Dealing with the aftermath can be ever more terrifying because nobody ever thinks about the processes involved. I am giving this law firm 1 star for numerous reasons. My case worker, Lupita, was terrible. I had to always hunt her down for some type of update. I didn't contact for a week and had to call in to get an update which there never was any actual information. I have witnesses and it took them weeks to reach out to them. The most upsetting part was that Lupita told me she put in a "request" to the private investigator (still weeks after) then proceeded to call me about a 2 weeks later to tell me she spoke with one of the witnesses. So why couldn't she call beforehand? I am not sure. This firm did nothing for my case except make me feel ill the entire time since I had no idea if they were even helping or not. Then today, I get a bombshell that "management made an executive decision to let go of my case." I asked for some sort of reasoning and they gave me nothing. So my case has been blowing in the wind since the beginning of April when I first contacted them, they couldn't even tell me where I stood, and the worst part is that when I signed them on to represent me, I could not converse with my insurance so any feedback came directly from this law firm which there was never any actual update. BEWARE they seem predatory and do not care about people. I HIGHLY recommend to not contact them I am at a complete loss for words on how they do business.
