I had a rather complex slip and fall case, with significant injuries sustained. The hotel refused to cooperate with a medical claim. So I looked for someone to advise on how to handle things, and luckily found the Banafshe Law Firm. Ryan was my first point of contact and he was great. Told me we had a strong case of clear negligence that they would be happy to take on, and explained the process. I'd never been through anything like this before and Ryan made a point of being very thorough and helpful in letting me know how these things go. And so we proceeded.
