Really great firm. Lawrence helped me out of a $70,000 dispute with a shady dealership. They claimed I had no legal right but Lawrence went above and beyond and proved them wrong and not only got my entire deposit back but billed his fees towards them so I never came out of pocket at all. Saved me a ton of money and stress, seriously appreciate it and highly recommended! Alexis his office manager is also great and extremely responsive and helpful. Any auto issues I have my go to firm now!

My husband and I purchased an RV and from the first time we used it we had issues. We were only able to use the RV 4 times In the past 20 months. Something major broke each time. At the end of 2023 we purchased a brand new motorhome. The day we bought it was our happiest day and we loved it! That feeling quickly changed as we realized it would only bring us problems going forward. It had so many issues which led it to being back at the dealer getting fixed- which ultimately led to us missing family camping trips and paying payments and insurance on something we weren’t using. Mr Hutchens was awesome. I had a problem with my Class-B RV and he helped guide me and advised me on how to negotiate with Jayco. I had a couple of discussions with Mr Hutchens and forwarded some documentation. Mr Hutchens told me from our first coversation that I would owe him nothing and directed me on how to approach Jayco. Towards the end of the process Jayco did settle with me and Mr Hutchens did not ask me for a dime. He told me the settlement was good and he would have had further involvement if it was warranted but that I didn't need him. I appreciated his free legal advise which is virtually unheard of. He is very honest and knowledgeable and a rare find. I appreciate him more than he knows because without his guidance I would not have been as successful in dealing with Jayco or I would have been dealing with another attorney that would want payment. Finding the right representation while you suffer a car accident can be extremely difficult; however, I believe that I made the right decision by choosing to work with the Accident Guys. They scheduled all of my appointments, followed up with specialists that I needed to meet with, and made sure it was convenient for me to get there; they even went out of their way to meet me for our initial contract signing when I was badly injured. Well, I will start by saying I was thinking it was going to be one of those cases that a lot of people talk bad about their lawyers. Once they get their cases, lawyers disappear, and the client has to be chasing them on the phone. But I was wrong. Kimberly always keeps me updated with my case. Maybe I called her twice with questions, All the other times, she called me to give me an update on my case. Then my case was passed to Elizabeth because Kimberly went out on medical, which I understand things happen. Again, I thought the worst, but Elizabeth proved me wrong she alwas keep me updated on my case, and not only that, but she will return my calls the same day!. I truly recommend The Accidentguys they proved me wrong. There are still lawyers outer that care about what their clients are going through.
