Good, caring people. From reception with Sandra, to intake and some case review with Cheyla, I was treated with kindness, respect, and honesty. I was a little disappointed they were not able to take my case because they were all so nice, however, they worked to connect me with someone who could. It's a little difficult to come across a firm that also has good customer service - a holistic approach to business. The next time I have drama, God forbid, I'm calling them back.
