I was very frustrated with my lawyer and asked for Christopher, who by the way was awesome, to intervene. I would give 5 stars if Chris was my lawyer at his firm, but I was assigned the newest lawyer and had many difficult situations. Their Social Security department is very good. They call monthly with updates.

I had an SSDI claim with this law firm over a year ago. They did very minimal work on my case; I was denied. I suffer from major depression and severe physical impairments. I missed an orthopedic consultative examination due to the legal team not contacting me to make me aware of this appointment. They made little effort to obtain or follow up with medical records that would have allowed my claim. I was denied, and told that I am capable of performing my past work. Well, I waited a few months to reapply without legal representation. I followed up with the examiner to make sure she had everything in file to render a favorable decision. I was found to be disabled under the SSA disability guideline. I am awaiting my first payment.

From July 2018 until now, only have had one sit down and no updates on case. I always call leave a voice message to JERRY and no response. Very unprofessional, no communication. The only communication I get are letters. I call to get a clarification, and nothing. I got surgery 2 weeks ago and guess what!? NOTHING! I'd look into further details whom you're going to hire to fight your case. Just saying
