Marc and Joe were amazing and helped my family so much during a very hard time. They were always available when we called, answered every question thoroughly, knowledgeable and most of all trustworthy. In my experience it’s hard to find an attorney you can trust. Marc and Joe are attorneys you can trust. I am eternally grateful to them for all of their help and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good criminal defense attorney.

My son (a juvenile) faced felony charges and several years of DJJ time. We hired Mr Kita to keep him out of DJJ specifically. He was able to get the charges reduced. The pandemic caused a series of delays and continued hearings. In the end our son was released on home arrest 15 months later.
We attribute the favorable end result to George’s connections, experience and knowledge of the system. George’s fees are pricey but in our opinion well worth it to have our son home.
We are very appreciative of his work and expertise in the field.
