By far James is the best workers comp attorney. At first I wasn’t sure if I had a case or where to start. I was worried and I felt lost. And James was extremely helpful, attentive and patient with me throughout the whole process. If I was able to give James 10 stars instead 5 I totally would. I highly recommend him. They didn't even try they did hear me out but after an hr they called me back and said they couldn't do anything with no explanation of why. That's all they said.

My priority was staying on TTD for as long as possible until it was time to settle. I also wanted to make sure I was consulted before any decisions were made, I wanted to choose my own doctors and choose where I did therapy etc.. They were the only attorneys who were willing to accomodate all of this, every other attorney was only interested in a quick settlement and that's not what I wanted. I wanted to get the TTD and treatment that I was entitled to. Then when it did come time to settle, they got me a great deal! Even more than I had hoped for. I worked directly with Tony Su who was incredible and very easy to work with. The times where I did work with James he was just as helpful. I couldn't recommed this office enough! I still have Tony's number and won't even consider another attorney should I need one again. If I could rate them any higher I would, absolutely fantastic!
