I knew I needed to create an estate plan for many years but the thought of doing it was so daunting, I had put it off. I had several friends who had gone to Nicole and they spoke very highly of her so I made the appointment. Nicole and her team made the process of estate planning understandable, streamlined and painless. Her expertise and experience, coupled with her compassion and kindness, gave us 100% confidence we were in good hands. Had I known how easy she would make the process I would have done it years ago. They lifted a weight I had been carrying around unnecessarily for years. I have since referred all my friends to her office and encourage them there is no reason to put it off.

They did everything I asked of them and helped us completely with regards to my mother and her needs. Took the stress away from us and we were able to get her the help she needs.

Nicole is kind, brilliant and professional. Her assistance in several matters has been a huge blessing! Jennifer, her legal assistant, is patient, competent, and accommodating, a real gem! They are five star in my book. I trust them completely, and I don't trust easily!

Attorney Plottel recently prepared a much needed estate plan for my parents. She is very personable, a good listeners and very understanding. English is not my parents first language so it was very convenient that she and some of her staff speaks Spanish. She had answers for all our questions. We have the conviction that all our documents have been accurately prepared and meet the needs of our family.

We came in to see Nicole because my wife's grandmother was in need of a better financial plan for her long term care. Ms. Plottel and her staff have helped us to preserve Grandma's assets to pay for her care, as well as help us with Medi-Cal and VA benefits.

We found Ms. Plottel and staff to be very informative and helpful. We were at ease every step of the way. We were given clear guidance throughout the review of our trusts. There were steps in the process that were unclear to us. She helped define and guide us through these areas. There were several areas that Ms. Plottel was very helpful: 1. Health Directive 2. Clarification of terminology 3. Options to consider with each step in the trust. Ms. Plotell was warm, caring and comfortable to talk with. All aspects of the meeting and ensuring phone calls were productive. Her staff was informative and personable.

I was referred to the Center for Estate and Long Term Care Planning after researching the specific field of practice and talking to a number of friends. Nicole Plottel and her partner Neil Harris came highly recomended. They were very knowlegeable, timely and have a wonderfull and proffessional staff. Our situation was very complicated, and they were able to help us address all of our concerns. I am happy to say that our family will continue to work with their firm in the future.
