Mr. Rooney is on the ball! My husband needed a lawyer with mental health expertise in a particular case, and Mr. Rooney was that man. He listens well, shows compassion, and is client oriented. He knows today's communications technology very well, is extremely knowledgeable in the legal field, and very resourceful. And, he explains things clearly and to the point. His office staff are also A+ in responsiveness, legal knowledge, and compassion to their client.

I spoke to the attorney over the phone to see if he'd take my case. He is simply too egotistical. I would not recommend him. I found someone else who was much more professional to handle my case.
