Our appointment with Daniel was to update our nine-year old Trust and to appoint our daughter as a co-trustee. We had been very happy with the first trust and only wanted to make a few changes. The first attorney we contacted in Chico -- to do this -- took our simple trust and dropped it into a complicated all size fits all form. It was too wordy and hard to understand. We were not happy, so we paid and moved on to Daniel for help. He gave us exactly what we wanted, explained in detail what changes he made, answered all of our daughters questions, and returned the trust in a well organized notebook with indexes and a list of future steps for surviving trustees -- with explanations. Of course he told us that he would stand by his work, but could not for the original trust work. We understood that. His focus was not on fees, but on service, so we know that he will be fair and in step with current attorney fees when his bill arrives. Thank you Daniel. Our family is grateful.
