I can’t thank enough Erica and her dad for representing me against my previous employer who accused me of things I didn’t do. Thank God for Erica and Ed Madrid- the lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice. My secret weapon and I will always be grateful to them.

Everyone makes mistakes, and the law will have no mercy. That’s why I knew I needed a good lawyer. I found out about Erica through a good friend after I was arrested for Felony Evading Arrest, and Misdemeanor Exhibition of Speed. I had double headphones in and was riding a motorcycle extremely fast (over 100mph). I admit I was speeding, and yeah it was stupid. However, I was not evading. The cop wrote some crazy and innacurate report. It came down to my word against his. The judge at the felony settlement conference did not believe a word of mine. I thought it was the end. The end result when pre -trial came was I plead down to two misdemeanors, no jail time. I paid a fine, and after four months Erica helped me get my record dismissed (expunged) and probation was terminated. Erica was not only a knowledgeable and helpful lawyer, but also fair priced.
