Thanks to the Paris Firm I got way more for my settlement than what I was being offered. The staff is spectacular and the case went by smooth. I can't believe how fast my case went. When I first came here I was being offered around a small amount for my burn injury, but after coming to this firm I am proud to say that I got wayyyy more than what I was offered in the first place for my injury!

Four years ago I was badly assaulted in a bar in Temecula, CA. My injuries were so severe that I was hours away from going into brain surgery. Luckily the bleeding stopped and I was awakened in the hospital. Some MRI’s were taken and the doctors cleared me, gave me some medicine and sent me on my way. After weeks of frustration with my newly formed speech problem as well as not being able to do much except sit at home and watch TV, I decided that some action needed to be taken. So I sought out an injury lawyer, who then took the case into review. After months and months of trying to figure out an angle on this case he called me one day and said that he was dropping the it because the case was, “impossible”. It was then that I lost a lot of hope and just decided to forget about the whole thing. Flash-forward a year from then my Father calls me and says that he has another lawyer that’s willing to take the case. This was the Paris Firm in Chino Hills, CA. I had a meeting with Mr. Paris, where he explained that it was going to be a long and grueling case but that he’s a grinder and he sees potential in this case when no else did. The guy did exactly that. A little over a year after that meeting I received an email explaining that he found an angle on the case and that I would have a mediation date coming up the following year. He continued working. I received another email saying that he received 15k from one of the landlords on the bars property just so they wouldn’t have to be involved in the case. This is when I really started to be optimistic. Clearly Mr. Paris knows EXACTLY what he’s doing. Mind you, I’m in clear communication with the Paris Firm all this time. The firm is so professional and caters to any questions or concerns you may have. They’re all super nice (Shout out Luz and Anna). The first mediation date was dropped, on their account. I’m assuming to buy as much time as possible. So now I have to wait for another mediation date, which ends up being another year (February 2018). I show up dressed nicely, not knowing at all what to expect. Mr. Paris explains a couple things to me and then I just sat and waited in a room. Several hours went by and he called me into the mediator room where he asked me if I would settle for an amount. The number he told me completely shattered my expectations which were much lower. We settled on a very solid figure! It was one of the most exciting days of my life. I’m now able to travel and see the world which has been my life long dream all thanks to Eric Paris and his firm!

I would highly recommend Attorney Eric Paris to anyone seeking legal representation after an auto accident. I found him to be honest, fair, personable and professional. He had a genuine interest in my husband's needs.and the outcome of his case. The case took about a year to resolve, but he and his staff remained in contact with my husband throughout the process and answered all of his questions.
