Mr. Binh Bui is really on top of his game. He tells you what you need to know, straight up, not just what you want to hear. Super reliable too. You can trust that your case is in good hands with him. If he says you have a decent case, believe him and cooperate! I’m glad I chose him as my attorney. Try him out, and you'll see what I mean.

I was going through a hostile living environment with my Landlord and found toxic mold. I sought Binh Bui for legal advice. Binh and his team were able to work through a very complicated landlord / tenant injury case for my wife and I. There was an extensive amount of evidence spanning multiple years with some very complicated issues and points of law, but Binh and his team were able to work through the issues and ultimately assembled our case and in the end - negotiated an outstanding conclusion with the other party. This is going to be kinda long because it's been such a long journey getting to this point... I am in such a messy situation. Our roof started leaking in many places, and she never even came over to check it out. Not once in over a year it's been happening. She just texted me saying she couldn't afford to fix it. She would even text me saying she was upset with us that it wasn't fixed yet... With nowhere else to go because we are low income, we told her we would try our best. Honestly, I was terrified of being homeless with my daughter. Needless to say, we never got it fixed because we didn't know what we were doing. We tried MANY things and spent lots of money, and we ended up with ALOT of mold EVERYWHERE. Multiple parts of our ceiling literally fell. It's such an easy case to win. Every lawyer I spoke to told me there's no way I'll lose.... But I live in a very small county. I spent WEEKS searching for a lawyer, but everyone I spoke with didn't represent my area. When I told him this, he said, "Well, let me introduce myself," and the amount of relief I felt... Binh has been very clear on instructions so far. I will say it seems a little hard to get ahold of him to get my questions answered, but someone else on his team has helped when needed, so I don't really see that as an issue. I do get really nervous sometimes and wish I could call to ask some things instead of text, but I don't really know how this works, so I'm not sure what to expect. And im not sure when he will be officially representing me, but once we get to that point, I will update my review. But I have full confidence that it will stay at 5 stars after the experience I've had with him and his team so far. I love it when people are straight to the point, no BS, and it seems that's what you get with him.

They reached a settlement with my landlord within months, bringing a happy ending and relief after years of frustration and tears over my living situation. During my time at the residence, I diligently kept documentation and evidence. As a result, everything was relatively easy and straightforward for me. After submitting my proof online, I exchanged a few emails and phone calls with their team to finalize matters. They handle everything, and we had a happy ending to a difficult chapter.

My case is a lil hard to believe no doubt but when I told dakine he listened whole hearted and was respectful plus curiousness. Gave me info on things that helped me a lot. Good people.

Binh Thanh Bui was the sole attorney thus far that took the time to respond. He reminds me of attorneys from yesteryear. The one's who really took the time and either provided a person with knowledge and/or took them on as a client. I am absolutely certain that if an attorney took the time to listen, review my pictures, letters, emails, etc... they would take my case. I am hoping to move out. The mold, leaks that pour not drip, stove that caught fire but didn't get replaced until 1-year afterwards and much more has caused mental anguish and health issues. This awesome attorney gave a darn. I greatly appreciate him. I am still looking for an attorney. I can't get molds tests/Orkin because they wont cross on to private property or sign a contract with me without owners permission. Living in untenable issues since 2017. Escalated issues from 2019 to present. Regardless, Thank you Binh Thanh Bui. Any client would be lucky to have you represent them.
