Polite staff. But I specifically asked if they handled a specific type of case and was told yes. Then when I gave the basics of my case, suddenly they didn't and only did DUI cases. Not sure if I would use these folks if I ever get a DUI (knock knock on wood). Reviews are good, but first impressions put me off.

I’ve gotten caught twice, first time at the border with people in my vehicle, I was the passenger & I got a slap on the wrist. This second time I was caught again in San Diego with people & was the driver, my car was seized & impounded. I did my research & they proved to be the people to help me out with my issue. Attorney Daniel Smith was able to help me with my paperwork on my seized vehicle & get me answers on my vehicle in the time frame of 2 months or so & I was able to get out of it with no fines. I hired Attorney Smith for my seized vehicle that Border Patrol had taken back in Oct 3rd. Everything with border patrol is completely new to me.They got a claim in a timely matter. Border patrol got back to Attorney Daniel Smith within 3 weeks of receiving the claim. It took around 3-4 weeks for Border Patrol to provide the paperwork (disposition order) during the Christmas/New Year Holiday. I GOT MY CAR BACK BY JAN 10th!!
