Spoke to Jeremy on the phone only after a few hours inquiring on his website. Based on our interaction, him and his team were cordial & professional. Perhaps the other reviews really are fake. His agreement was transparent and Jeremy was willing to help.

We had a dangerous situation where our neighbor 's very large pine tree was protruding onto our property, ruining our fence and dangerously coming close to our data and power lines. We've tried for a long time to ask our neighbor, and even the city of Escondido got involved without success. Mr. and Mrs. Golden was prompt and within a week the neighbor sent a professional tree removing service and took care of the problem. Mr. Golden says he specializes in all civil issues so if you have any problems especially with your homes give them a call.

I just called and asked a very simple question and the lady was rude and hung up on me......I said do you handle auto Fraud ...basically got hung up on for no reason and I wasnt even done talking......Thank you for the help maybe being nicer to your customers can get you some more local business......Sorry to say im sure the Lawyer is good but who knows.....

I have to say that Jeremy really took care care of us. We had a very bad experience with dealing with fraudulent charges and going through people and companies really took a physical toll on us, just as I was about to throw in the towel Jeremy Golden responses to a online inquiry of mine. He was very professional, he listened to my troubles and advised me on what to do. He explained that all this will take time to resolve and I should be patient in this process. He filed everything but kept me in the loop of everything. He worked very hard to get me a really good settlement and I am very happy to say that I really got the best out of this whole experience.
