I was worried when I got my first DUI I’ve never think I would be put in that place. As a DACA recipient, married to a US Citizen, I began to research if I had any options to do an adjustment of status, to obtain a green card. I would not hesitate to come back to Luis Macias for any legal assistance if ever needed in the future! I was more than satisfied with the way he handled my case and the outcome. It was my first time being charged and having to appear in federal court so I was pretty nervous and had a lot of questions. Luckily, Luis was able to answer any questions I asked him and his calm demeanor helped keep me at ease. I went from facing a misdemeanor charge with potential probation to only having to complete an online course and a few community service hours in order to have my case dismissed. I know I would not have received a deal like that on my own so I am extremely thankful for all of Luis’ help. I can't say how pleased I am with Mr. Macias. I had a case that was complicated, yet Mr. Macias was able to sort out the issues for me. He spent a good deal of time on my case and communicated (even on weekends) to give me updates and calm my fears. Mr. Macias possesses a very calm demeanor that puts you at ease.
