I needed a great attorney that would fight for my children. I speak English, but I wanted an attorney that I could talk to in Spanish. It is easier for me to express myself in Spanish. Ray and his whole office speaks Spanish. Ray is good at explaining the process and was patient with me when I would get frustrated. It took a while but he got me a custody order that I was happy with. He was very good in court. I would recommend him highly.

I hired Ray Estolano for my divorce. He was the 2nd lawyer on my divorce and fixed the problems caused by the first attorney. He and his staff are top notch. He was very patient in explaining the process and really effective in court.

Mr. Estolano has assisted me in providing legal advice in different issues. His knowledge and dedication to his work is shown by the way he presents himself to the court room with confidence and knowledge. He is trustworthy and passionate about the work he does. Ray is a good person overall. I hired him to defend me in a d.u.i. case. He was recommended to me by a high school friend whom he attended college with. I should of gone with my gut instinct and hired a previous attorney that was solely dedicated to traffic violations, but he was on vacation. Ray was more involved in other cases(understandable). And my case was nowhere close to being on his radar. I paid him up front in full. He never appeared in court but sent someone in his place. Going through the process I learned a few things about my case. Basically he left out to dry. I came to find out that the public defenders did a better job, and í hired Ray. I was out of work and he new icould not pay the fine. He told me that d.u.í. cases don't go to trial and he did just that. Took the plea deal which was awful. When í called him to appear in court with me to have the fine converted to community service(an appointment í had to set up with the court myself). He sent another lawyer in his place after he told me he would be there and his schedule was open that day. When í finally spoke with the attorney that I always went to concerning traffic violations. He took a look at my case. And from all the paperwork and police report. He told me Ray didn't aggressively seek the best deal for me. That he just allowed the D.A. go through the motions. And that's exactly what í got stuck with. Fortunately I got through the process and I'm done with the entire process. And I have my license back. Like i said Ray is a good person. He is someone you would invite over for dinner. He has a great personality. I only wish he would of just told me that his caseload was full and he could not take my case and recommended someone else. Instead of accepting my money and case.

We only actually met Ray twice. We mostly dealt with his paralegal. When we did go to family court, Ray was late due to another case (understandable) but because of that, he didn't have much time to prepare. He kept calling my daughter a he and kept having the judge re-read the mediators report. After that, we get a surprise bill in the mail that said we ran out of money 3-4 months before that! Why weren't we notified when we actually ran out. In the end we agreed to part ways and that was that.

My wife of over twenty years left me and I wasn't really in any condition to handle anything. A friend referred me to Ray. Initially I was skeptical because I don't really trust lawyers. Ray was straightforward with me from the beginning. He was honest about what I could potentially pay in spousal support. Fortunately, I ended up paying a lot less. It was a stressful process, but he made it easier. It sounds crazy but I actually enjoyed having Ray fight for me in court. He makes a really good argument. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ray defended me in a criminal case where I was facing serious prison time.From the beginning of this 6 month processof court proceedings and motions.With precision knowledge and aggression,He fought for me every step of the way.He was always up front, honest,and fought my case with personal care & determination which made me feel like He was definaetly out for my best interest.when all said and done He won my case.I would definately use his services again for any legal issues.

Ray is the best attorney that I've ever seen. He successfully defended me from serious felony charges and was brilliant in his cross examination of the police officers. He got them to admit things that they overlooked in arresting me. I was referred to Ray by a friend that he also was successful in defending. I think Ray is a great attorney, but he is also a nice and honest guy. He gave it to me straight- never promised that we would win- but I'm glad we did.

I used Estolano Law for my custody case and was very impressed. Ray was referred to me by a friend who went to school with him. I was initially surprised by how calm and thoughtful he was. He didn't seem like your average lawyer who yells and screams. He actually listened to everything I had to say and took his time answering my questions and making sure that I understood everything. In court, Ray was very aggressive in fighting for my custody rights and got the judge to give me more custody time than the mediator had recommended. It was obvious to me that he knew the law better than the other lawyer did. I'd recommend Ray in a second to any one in the same difficult situation of having to fight for your child's custody.
