TL;DR: Unprofessional and slow. I signed up for Peter's law services about a year ago expecting to have an easier time managing a disputed debt, but I really wish I had just done it all myself. One of his lawyers, Elizabeth, took 4-6 business days to reply to any given email, and due to her slow response time we ended up passing the deadline to negotiate. The disputed debt was reported to credit agencies, and my partner and I got a huge hit to our credit scores. This was easily avoidable, and while not worth a malpractice suit, was incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. After I called Peter to discuss this, he apologized and offered us an Amazon gift card. It didn't cover our legal expenses, much less the time we wasted and the consequences of our lowered credit scores. I don't recommend working with this law firm.

BEWARE This attorney has a call center based in the Philippines. I have confirmed with the phone operator that all the SENSITIVE information you provide on the trust application is sent and processed in a foreign country. Nothing against anyone I just don't feel safe sending that level of confidential information that should be attorney client privileged to a foreign country.

Extremely rude, non professional business owners. What a waste of time! Sad people like this are working with people day to day, definitely shouldn’t be! If you need someone to help you, that actually wants to, DO NOT GO HERE!
