He protected me against the insurance company's BS, got me to his doctors, got me good care, and got the maximum amount from the at fault party's insurance. Really good outcome. He was about to file a lawsuit but the insurance ended up settling before that. He charged me a fair amount of 33% and even though he drafted the lawsuit he was fair with me and he didn't charge the increase fee.
