I hired Georgina to help me finish my paternity action. The case had been going on for several years and my child's father hired an attorney towards the end, so I felt I needed legal representation. Thankfully I hired Georgina. My child's father wanted to increase his visitation even though he had not seen our son in years. Georgina suggested to the Judge that the father's visitation be reduced, and he agreed!!! I was soooo happy!!!!

About two years ago, I needed help with a Power of Attorney for Healthcare. My mother has a degenerative neurolgical disease, which it impedes her ability of making her own doctor's appointments and such. A friend of mine suggested that I seeked legal expertise, and reccommended me to Gina. It was my first time being married and I had thought it was for life. My ex husband and I had started to build for a future family with joint bank accounts, joint names on a mortgage on our dream house, and I even cosigned on a brand new car. I hadn't even of thought of the "what if's". I was living my dream of being happily married. After only being married for three years I had found out my husband was spending his money other places or should I say on someone else. I was affraid to get one because of not only what my family would think but I had felt entrapped because of how all our finances were tied in together, I just wasn't sure how it would work. I am a strong educated woman and I felt like I had failed at marriage. I gave my ex husband a chance to change but nothing did. A close friend of mine consulted me and referred me to Gina. Gina was very approachable and just had that personality about her that let me open up to her but yet still professional. She asked some few basic questions and had given me a timeline of the process. She had made my worries about the finances come to an understanding by explaining every single one of them in detail. She was knowledeable on the whole process and later found that she was dead on. I like how organized she was and I never felt like any move was made without my knowledge. I've heard horror stories on how divorces are messy and it's hard to get in touch with the lawyer etc. However, with Gina it was quite the opposite. I remember on a phone call with Gina, I had laughed when she said it was hard to get a hold of me. I wouldn't say it was an easy divorce because of all the emotion that was involved but with Gina on my side it was a lot smoother than it would've been otherwise. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. I guess that's why I decided to write this review.

My husband hired Attorney Georgina Lepe last year to evict the tenants in one of rental properties. The tenants simply did not want to leave. Ms. Lepe helped us with the entire process. Not only did she go to court with us, but also did us the favor of going with us the day the sheriffs went to carry out the eviction. Finally we got the tenants out of our rental property. Ms. Lepe was very helpful and knowledgeable. She always returned our calls and was very nice. She conveys this feeling of truthfulness. Ms. Lepe also did all the rental agreements for all of the properties that we rent. Thanks!!
