First time I had to do a living trust and Chris is very professional and honest he always answered my questions, I recommend his office to do legal procedures.

We have been using Chris Scarcella since 2014. Chris created our Living Trust, Will and Health Care Directive I think most people feel that preparing for a Living Trust is time consuming and tedious. But Chris makes it seamless by giving you a worksheet to fill out, then goes over it with you and prepares your Living Trust. He then presents it to you in a nice bound notebook with table of contents and goes over each one. I have referred friends and family. He actually did my fathers trust too. All have been happy with him. Any questions my wife and I have had were easily and quickly answered by him. We recently revised our Living Trust. Once agian he sat down with us, explained everything and made us feel comfortable with our changes. Our 1 hour meeting turned into 2 1/2 hours as we sat and talked like old friends. His paralegal Tracy was a very nice and professional and took care of all the notary needs. Chris has many great qualities, he is a man of integrity, he is professional, Honest, Kind Hearted, Trustworthy, Humble and Soft Spoken. My wife and I give him a 10+ and you will too!!

Mr. Scarcella had done a Living Trust for one of our Tax Clients over 10 years ago and the client had forgotten where she had put her trust. She sold her home and apparently her trust did not make it to her new home. After calling Mr. Scarcella's Office, he indicated he still had a digital copy of her trust. In the state of California, it is my understanding that it is not required for the Attorney to keep a copy of the trust. Our client was so happy he still had a copy of her trust and she only had to update it and not incur the expense of drafting a new Living Trust. When we met at his office we found Mr. Scarcella and his Paralegal, Tracy, very warm, welcoming, professional, and thorough. We will be referring our tax clients to him in the future as a result of this meeting! Thank you Chris & Tracy!

On June 2018 Chris created a Living Trust Package for our family. Chris was extremely knowledgeable in regards to Living Trust issues and extremely professional. Chris’s fee was reasonable and fair. Recently, we had to amend our Living Trust and once again used Chris’s expertise in Living Trust and he amended our Living Trust. We are extremely happy with the level of service he has provided. RUN, don't walk as fast as you can from this guy. I've had to file a malpractice suit and a Misconduct Claim with the California State Bar because this guy: failed to file a case as promised; failed to respond to potentially dispositive motions filed by the opposing party; failed to attend mandatory court hearings, and more. His breach of the contract pursuant to which I was supposed to be represented by Mr. Scarcella is classic malpractice. DO NOT HIRE THIS CROOK.

If I could give less than a zero or see that Mr. Scarcella loses his attorney license, I would be pleased. No one should have to go through the hoops that my partner and I have been going through. FIrst off, we want our retainer back. Second, you never answer our calls or certified letters and personally since we hired you from afar we don't even know if you are a real person or if your law office is a front for some drug operation. We gave you numerous chances to prove us wrong. He is a busy young lawyer etc. Then you FAIL to show up to court and you get a $500 penalty for a no show. I don't want anyone to have to go through this hell.

She was extremely helpful and friendly in every way. She went above and beyond with all of my needs. She answered all of my questions regarding everything and was able to get me a very positive resolution for my case. I would recommend 100%.
