He has helped me even after my case was completed many years later. I was part of a scam and he acknowledged it and helped me through it all, keeping me sane and calm! He was very helpful during my divorce and he is going above and beyond to help me get my almony collected. He was very helpful in finding me collection agencies to try and get the almony that is owed to me. He does sometimes take a while to respond back or return phone calls it left me feeling ignored but it turned out he was not ignoring me after all and is being very helpful to find a collection agencies to take on my case so I can get my almony.

Transparent, kind and doesn't waste your time.

If it was an option, my rating would have been zero stars, not 1. I cannot recommend engaging Mr Blasser for any legal services based on my experiences with him. I engaged him to assist me with my divorce, which he was only willing to do upon an advance payment of about $8,000. I don’t recall the precise amount, but it may have been as much as $8,500. He was not available to advise me, and the divorce document was based on a draft prepared by my ex-husband. This proved to be very disadvantageous to me. The agreement included no provision for alimony, despite a 35-year marriage during most of which I was essentially a stay-at-home mother. When I was able to work, my checks were all given to my ex-husband who maintained complete control of the finances. This was also true of an inheritance of over $50,000 after the deaths of my parents. When I asked him about why alimony was being waived, Mr Blasser indicated that I had no choice but to accept the terms that my ex-husband had drafted. After signing the agreement, Mr Blasser did not return emails or phone calls on a timely basis and did not provide any information about the status of my divorce. It was not until a call in which it was indicated that I was considering reporting what I considered his unethical behavior that he finally sent me a copy of my divorce document, which had been approved by the courts approximately one month earlier. I recently submitted a negative review of Mr Blasser, which was much vaguer, and received an email from Mr Blasser threatening a civil action for defamatory remarks if I did not delete it. As a result, I deleted the original review and am submitting this in its place.

Amazing Attorney

I worked with Deborah to get my estate plan set up. She is fast, responsive, and thorough. Estate planning can be a stressful process but she made it easy, and gave great advice when we weren’t sure what to do. I feel much better now that everything is set up.

Ms. Kahn was very professional, prompt and communicated very well. I needed to make an amendment to a current trust. Ms. Kahn was able to assist and provide additional guidance so that I can make an informed decision during our online zoom meeting. I was surprised by how swiftly she updated our family trust. Bill helped my dad update his living trust, will, health care directive, and durable power of attorney. He was thorough and detailed. My father was pleased with his work. He also went out of his way to get the paper work signed in the middle of this pandemic. Highly recommended.
