William Blasser was able to get me more than what I asked for. I know it sounds like a gimmick but in my case I was projected to get 50-50 physical custody with my child but I was able to get much more. I just want to speak out to a lot of fathers out there thinking the system is rigged towards favoring the mother, but It’s not, you have rights & we have to start masking the sacrifice for our children.You can do it just don’t give in to that idea. William Blasser was able to help me see that. As well as give me much more than what I was expecting. In short he was very busy but he manages his time very well. I’m going through a very difficult custody case. I was previously unrepresented and was having a rough time finding anyone who would listen to my story and actually HELP. William put me at ease with the very first phone call and after that I knew I had to retain him. If it was an option, my rating would have been zero stars, not 1. I cannot recommend engaging Mr Blasser for any legal services based on my experiences with him. I engaged him to assist me with my divorce, which he was only willing to do upon an advance payment of about $8,000. I don’t recall the precise amount, but it may have been as much as $8,500. He was not available to advise me, and the divorce document was based on a draft prepared by my ex-husband. This proved to be very disadvantageous to me. The agreement included no provision for alimony, despite a 35-year marriage during most of which I was essentially a stay-at-home mother. When I was able to work, my checks were all given to my ex-husband who maintained complete control of the finances. This was also true of an inheritance of over $50,000 after the deaths of my parents. When I asked him about why alimony was being waived, Mr Blasser indicated that I had no choice but to accept the terms that my ex-husband had drafted. After signing the agreement, Mr Blasser did not return emails or phone calls on a timely basis and did not provide any information about the status of my divorce. It was not until a call in which it was indicated that I was considering reporting what I considered his unethical behavior that he finally sent me a copy of my divorce document, which had been approved by the courts approximately one month earlier. I recently submitted a negative review of Mr Blasser, which was much vaguer, and received an email from Mr Blasser threatening a civil action for defamatory remarks if I did not delete it. As a result, I deleted the original review and am submitting this in its place.

Amazing Attorney

I contacted Bill regarding a conservatorship for my 89 year old Mother. Bill understands exactly what the process was about and the family dynamics that may arise. Bill was able to give me great advice on how to proceed while being honest and straightforward as to the steps to take.
