Patrick has always done a great job handling our office requests, issues, and needs. I mainly work with Patrick for our office needs. I have no complaints. The good thing about Unity IT and its employees is that they are very attentive to clients' needs and respond quickly. They always resolve any issues as soon as possible. I am very happy with them; I have been working with them for several years now.

Unity was able to restore a folder that was accidentally deleted within 3 minutes of the request being sent.

Our technician ( Kip ) arrived early for his appointment and was ready to go when he got here. He was able to take care of the issue we were having quickly and efficiently. Kip was friendly and professional. Based on our experience, we will call unity IT service again.
