The team at Unity IT is fantastic, they are always providing me fantastic service when I call in with computer/technical issues. When my office was needing to install specific hardware to expand our team, the guys at Unity IT did the work with in our budget and with in our expected timelines with no delay. The entire team is always friendly and ready to help.

I HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET MY COMPUTER TO CONNECT WITH THE OFFICE PRINTER MAJORITY OF THE DAY. WHEN I FINALLY CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE AND GOT CONNECTION TO PATRICK, HE TOOK HIS TIME WITH ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS; AND EXPLAINING POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO FIXING THE ISSUE. I'VE MULTIPLE EXPERIENCES WITH THE IT SPECIALISTS WITH THE COMPANY, AND THEY HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. EACH TIME I'VE CALLED NO MATTER HOW SIMPLE OR COMPLICATED THE JOB MAY HAVE BEEN THEY NEVER SEEMED IMPATIENT OR ANNOYED WITH MY QUESTIONS. I AM NOT COMPUTER LITERATE, SO I THANK UNITY IT FOR ALL THEIR HELP!
