I found Brian’s office through the internet after I was rear ended pretty badly on an off ramp of a freeway. At the moment all I could do was take the information and photos of the scene. I contacted Brian after the other party would not respond and the rest is history. Brian was able to get a nice settlement, medical treatments, and repair my car through dealership body shop. Best of all, I didn’t have to deal with anybody and Brian was always readily available if I had any questions or requested updates about the case. I will not hesitate to recommend Brian to anyone and have already recommended him several of my friends in need of an honest and professional attorney.

Brian handled my very unique case (two cars collided and one spun off and hit mine while I was waiting for the green light going the opposite direction). My family needed a lawyer as my Mother in law was involved in a car accident (rainy day - she was hit by a car while crossing the street) that involved a ride in an ambulance, a trip and overnight stay in the ER, months of pain management, chiropractors, and even acupuncture. Brian and his team handled everything for us from start to finish. Unfortunately, we found out later that the driver had low limits, and that our medical bills were already very high, but Brian was very insistent that we continue to get treatment, as my mother in law was still experiencing a lot of lingering pain, and once the bills came out, he and his team again went above and beyond to negotiate with all parties involved to make sure that everything was taken care of. I got reared ended 3 months ago, but forgot to obtain other party's insurance information. I brought the case over to Brian, and he tracked the person down and got all information from him. My wife, my 2 yr old daughter, and I received medical treatments and Brian also arranged a body shop to fix my car. Brian kept us updated with any news or progress, and we never had to ask him any questions. I just received a settlement check, which is a lot more than I expected.
