I hired Daniel Maloney to assist me in the management of my parents trust and was pleased with his professionalism and his ability to clearly state what needed to be done and what options I had. I would definitely recommend his services to friends and family.

I went for a free 30 minute consultation with Mr. Maloney regarding the trustee of my mothers trust. Mr. Maloney went over the paperwork efficiently, explaining and answering all issues and questions in terms that were understandable. He was not as concerned about the 30 minute time being upon us, but instead focused on making certain the many questions I had were all answered. He expressed concern for my situation at hand, put my options on the table, and did not sugar coat anything-his concern for my situation was genuine, he was honest with me, and knows his business. I felt comfortable with his manner, and knowledge of the law, and would recommend him to any and all needing his services.
